Beeranauslese

Vintage

2010

Description

Light golden colour with juvenile reflections. Intensive fruity nose of apricots, candied fruits, sugar melon, white peaches and Mirabelle plums. Delicate, almost fresh hints of honey, seductive fragrance. Interesting also for beginning lovers of noble sweet wines. Multi-faceted, sweet with extremely juicy acidity and really elegant creamy texture. Preserved apricots, delicately integrated residual sugar which adds to the brilliant acidity, at the “back” of the palate notable vibrations, very juicy – a “Beerenauslese” which also steep hill vintners with experiences with slate soils envy us. Those who can resist … have to turn directly to the Ruster Ausbruch!

Accompanying ideas

Gooseberry tarte with Pecorino and honey. Roasted goose liver with Muscat raisins, quark pancake with stewed plums, peach ice cream with pieces of fruit, desserts with local fruits such as strawberries or greengage, rice pudding with raspberry syrup. Goat cheese pastries with molten apricots.
