Intensive golden colour with brilliant reflections. Multi-dimensional fruity nose with pineapple, acacia blossom, tropical fruits, pastries from Rust, sugar melon, white peaches and eucalyptus. Inviting, almost fresh notes of honey, seductive fragrance. Convinces also new lovers of noble sweet wines. Multi-faceted, sweet with crisp acidity and really elegant creamy texture. High end maple syrup, well integrated residual sugar which perfectly pairs with the acidity, juicy – a savoury “Beerenauslese” which produced satisfying quantity and, due to its complexity, perfectly mirrors the vintage. Good – without wood! Those who can resist … have to turn directly to the Ruster Ausbruch!
Goat cheese parfait with candied pineapple, Pizza with Stilton, Kornel cherries and Macademia nuts, mango tart with Fontina and honey. Roasted goose liver with Muscat raisins, quark pancake with stewed plums, peach ice cream with pieces of fruit, desserts with local fruits such as strawberries or greengage, rice pudding with raspberry syrup. Goat cheese pastries with molten apricots. Grilled marshmallows with passion fruit juice, rosemary crème brûlée. To kick off a sweet wine tasting or „smooth out“ a Sauterne.

Crushing, approx. 3 hours of maceration in the tank press, gentle pressing over several hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, finishing in pressure tanks. Maturation in steel tanks.
