Tasting

Light golden colour with juvenile reflections. Intensive fruity nose of sugar melon, vineyard peach and general stone-fruit. Delicate almost fresh hint of honey, seductive fragrance. Interesting also for newcomers in the field of noble sweet wines. Multifaceted, sweet with crisp acidity and really elegant creamy fruit. Preserved peaches, well integrated higher amounts of residual sugar, very juicy. Who is still able to resist….has to pass to the Rust Ausbruch right away!

Pairing

Sugared pancake with stewed plums (Kaiserschmarrn), nectarine ice-cream with fruit pieces, desserts with local fruits such as strawberries or greengage, rice pudding with raspberry syrup, etc.
