Intensive purple, rather opaque, dense viscosity, multi-layered, really distinctive aroma spectrum on the  nose. Pencil – just sharpened, loads of black berries, a nice piece of cinnamon & Cassis noble chocolate, notes of cedar, ivy and a touch of green pepper, very opulent and complex appearance. Dry, compact tannin frame, powerful berry fruit, due to its intensive aromas nice to chew. Very powerful. Shows that it also works without technical concentration. Very generous with high ageing potential. Enhances complexity and animation with every sip. Thank you very much, dear selecting and harvesting team – and furthermore matured in most noble barrels!

Tarte flambée with smoked duck breast, tartar of smoked bison wine maker`s size, haunch of venison with elderberries, breast of wild duck with brandy sauce and fried pepper dumplings, venison salami on buttered caraway-coriander-bread - crisp –please!. While sitting in comfortable fauteuils and listening to the Ring of the Nibelungen and much more (for example to get drunk in a very nonpolitically correct sense), to accompany a Sbrinz tasting.
