Potato Schmarren (Gratin)

  • 500 g salad potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Cook potatoes in the pressure cooker until done, in the meantime dice onions and sauté in olive oil until golden-brown.
  2. Peel hot potatoes, slice thinly, salt, pepper and fry together with the onions.
