Plums wrapped in bacon
As in-between snack at wine tastings–Tipp: Perfect with Blaufränkisch-Cabernet!
- 1 package of dried plums without pips
- 150g bacon sliced thinly
- fresh bread
- Wind a slice of bacon around the dried plum, fix it with a tooth stick.
- Fry in a pan or heat in the microwave; serve right away.
