Grieve Spread by Grandmother Ratz

- 1/8 kg margarine
- 200g grieves minced or finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 TBL caper blossom, finely chopped
- a pinch of chilli-paste
- salt, pepper
To accompany a wine tasting.
- Beat margarine until fluffy, add remaining ingredients and stir well, season with salt, pepper and chilli, keep in a cool place.
- Perfect to black bread!
