Cream Spinach

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 1/8l cream
  • 500 g frozen spinach
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 clove of garlic–tipp: if available use finely cut lycopod instead of garlic!
  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add flour and fry shortly, pour cream and simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add spinach, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
