Straw yellow, animating, floral, fine. Fragrant – a real composition: yellow peach, nutmeg, mandarin, fresh Muscat grapes, lemon candy, ethereal. Intensive and inviting. Fruity prospects – a bouquet in the very sense of the word! Dry, with the juicy acidity of a conqueror and chiselled. Elegant finesse and silky texture, fine Muscat spiciness. White flowers and a subtle finish with a hint of elder blossoms, accompanied by some anise and fennel seeds. A classy Muscat from the silicate soils in Rust – year for year -distinctive with its slight touch of lemon. And that´s what this region is well-known for centuries!


Cheese puffy pastry with lemon mayonnaise, sprout salad with coriander, fried pizza with curd, cauliflower and capers, Roscoff onion Tarte Tatin with corn salad and sheep milk cheese, guinea fowl with lemon. As animating aperitif before listening to a private concert of Ostbahnkurti. Gives relieve during longer periods of heat. A wonderful companion to a fine herb-flavoured cuisine with stewed laurel tomatoes, terrines of goat milk cheese, light salads, fennel breadsticks. And to be honest: would you push such a nice Muscat-spritzer from the table? Harmonious fruity flatterer with an obsessive potential.

Destemming, clearing of the must, cooled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 °C (64 °F) for 3 weeks.
