Straw yellow. Animating, floral, fine. Fragrant – a real composition: yellow peach, nutmeg, mandarin, fresh Muscat grapes, lemon candy, ethereal. Intensive and inviting. Fruity prospects – a bouquet in the very sense of the word! Dry, with the juicy acidity of a conqueror and chiselled. Elegant finesse and silky texture, fine Muscat spiciness. White flowers and a subtle finish with a hint of elder blossoms, accompanied by some anise and fennel seeds. A classy Muscat from the silicate soils in Rust – year for year -distinctive with its slight touch of lemon. And that´s what people here know for centuries!


Roscoff onion tarte Tatin with rucola and goat cheese, Thanksgiving bird with celery. As animating aperitif prior to a private concert by Ostbahnkurti. Gives relieve during longer periods of heat. A wonderful companion to a fine herb-flavoured cuisine, stewed tomatoes with laurel, terrines of goat milk cheese, light salads, lemon-peach salad, fennel breadsticks. And to be honest: would you turn down a nice Muscat-spritzer? Vibrating fruity flatterer with an obsessive potential.
