Apple Horseradish Sauce


4 Servings

  1. Peel apples.
  2. Pour lemon juice into a small pan and grate the apples directly into the lemon juice using a grater.
  3. Heat the pan and bring mixture to the boil. Add sugar and cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Blend horseradish before serving and season to taste with a bit of salt.
