Lemon Sorbet with Muscato

  1. A marvellously light desert or a refreshing in-between course from the Gasthof zur Dankbarkeit,  Lentsch family, in Podersdorf. Since we neither have the perfect sorbet-machine nor time, we use ready lemon sorbet (in summer available in any super market).

Cut out lemon sorbet, place in a glass and pour Muscato over it, garnish with mint leaves–ready!
