Liptauer by Grandmother Ratz

6–8 Servings

Accompanying a wine tasting.

  1. Beat margarine until fluffy. Add curd cheese and the remaining ingredients, blend well.
  2. Add paprika powder gradually until a nice Liptauer colour is reached, be careful using spicy paprika powder.
  3. Goes especially well with Wachauer Laiberl (small loafs of bread).
