Pear-Cheese-Pockets
8 pieces
- 500 g pastry (frozen)
- 4 pears
- 200 g mould cheese (gorgonzola)
- egg to spread
- 50 g luke warm Geistreich chocolate (diced)
- Defrost pastry according to package instructions and roll out thinly, cut into 8 cubes, wash and peal pears, cut into 4 pieces and remove core; cut quarter of pears fan-shaped; split cheese and chocolate into 4 portions, preheat oven to 190 º C, whisk egg.
- Put cheese in the middle of the pastry squares and cover with quarters of pears, fold the corners of the pastry squares to the middle, place on a baking plate and brush with egg, bake in the preheated oven for app. 20 minutes, remove and serve immediately.
