Apple Horseradish Sauce
4 Servings
- 2 apples
- salt
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish
- Peel apples.
- Pour lemon juice into a small pan and grate the apples directly into the lemon juice using a grater.
- Heat the pan and bring mixture to the boil. Add sugar and cool in the refrigerator.
- Blend horseradish before serving and season to taste with a bit of salt.
